Roxanne, welcome to the 2018 Midlands Bridal Fair. We are so excited to introduce you and your business to our Brides- and Grooms-to-be!
We’d love to know more about you and how you got into the industry…
I’ve always been involved in the food industry – during my time as a stay at home mom I started to do catering for small functions. This subsequently grew to the point that we now have a small café that we opened in December last year, and from which we run all of our catering.
What services and expertise does your business offer to clients?
We cater for all types of events. Our favourite being weddings! From the pre-wedding dinner, to the wedding day and even the post-wedding breakfast.
How long have you been doing this for?
18 years in the industry.
What do you love most about the work you do?
Being able to bring people together over great food, and turning a client’s ideas into a foodie reality.
What differentiates your business and makes you stand out? What are you known for?
We pride ourselves in going the extra mile for our clients. We provide a great service at extremely good value for money.
What can visitors to the Midlands Bridal Fair expect to see from you at the fair?
We want to showcase, what we feel will be, some trends for 2018, as well as display the fun side of what we do.
Any client testimonial/s you’d like to share?
Take a look at our Facebook page for all our recent reviews.
Tell us what inspires you. Any websites, people or companies that you follow?
We draw our inspiration from our clients. Their passion for the ‘perfect day’ drives us to achieve great things.
Any upcoming wedding trend forecasts?
We’ve seen how the “market style’ food has been a trend this past year. I feel that this could continue in 2018. I also have a feeling we will see a lot more picnic-style weddings as well as the ever popular harvest tables.
What advice would you give to Brides- and/or Grooms-to-be?
Don’t settle for the norm. Wow your guests with a unique wedding experience.
