Jade, welcome to the Midlands Bridal Fair 2017 in KZN. We are so excited to introduce you and your business to our Brides- and Grooms-to-be!
Tell us about your business and what you offer
We are a passion-based company that believes in the beauty that is all around us!
We specialise in wedding and lifestyle photography and pride ourselves in photography that is personal, happy and creative. Our wedding packages are unique and allow clients to customise their packages to suit their special day.
We are natural light photographers and love building personal relationships with our clients so that our images are intimate and filled with love.
How did you get into the wedding industry?
I started assisting a photographer and fell in love with all things photography! I loved the romance of weddings and started on my own four years ago. I started doing small weddings for an elopement company and the rest is history.
We have since grown and Aleisha has joined our team! She is a fantastic second shooter and we hope that we will be in the wedding industry for many years to come.
How long have you been doing this for?
What do you love most about your job?
I love romance! My favourite part of a wedding is when the Bride walks down the aisle and there is a look of awe on the Groom’s face! (I always shed a tear!) I love that each wedding is different and I never do the same thing twice!
What differentiates your business and makes you stand out? What are you known for?
We pride ourselves in photography that is creative and unposed! We build relationships with clients before their big day so that we are all relaxed and the photos are natural and happy!
What can visitors to the Midlands Bridal Fair expect to see from you at the fair?
Sample albums, some of our favourite images, happy faces!
Tell us what inspires you. Any websites, people or companies that you follow?
I love Jacki Bruniquel and I am always inspired by her! I love The Pretty Blog and pretty much any blog/website that has wedding photographs on it! I love looking at wedding photos!
Any upcoming wedding trend forecasts?
Gold is definitely in!
What advice would you give Brides- and/or Grooms-to be?
Take your time deciding on your wedding photographer. Do an engagement shoot to make sure you are comfortable with your photographer! It will make for more natural photos on your big day!
Do you have a favourite quote?
“I don’t photograph what it looks like, I photograph what it feels like.”
