Darryn, welcome to the Midlands Bridal Fair 2017 in KZN. We are so excited to introduce you and your business to our Brides- and Grooms-to-be!

Tell us a little bit about yourself

I have four passions in life: God, My Wife, My Family and Photography.

I thoroughly enjoy photographing weddings. I have had the privilege of being asked to photograph many wonderful and momentus occasions and have met some incredible people along the way.

Photography allows me to step out the box and express my creativity by capturing moments in life that are to be treasured forever.

How did you get into the wedding industry?

A good friend and mentor is also a wedding photographer and he saw something great in me. He mentored me to where I am today. He was my push to becoming a wedding photographer.

What do you love most about your job?

I love the fact that I get to meet new people every week – everyone from the Bride and Groom to their Guests. It’s a real honour and blessing knowing that the images I take will be viewed for years and generations to come.

What differentiates your business and makes you stand out? What are you known for?

I feel what makes me different to others in my industry is my relaxed approach, quick thinking on my feet, and my ability to have a great time while doing what I love – capturing your special day.

Any client testimonial/s you’d like to share?

“Wow, wow, wow! So blown away by your photography, Darryn! Best photographer ever, hands down. So much fun to work with and über creative. A hundred times over, thank you!” – Nqobile Khoza

What advice would you give Brides- and/or Grooms-to be?

My advice to Brides- and Grooms-to-be is plan your day to the T but, on the day, enjoy every minute. If something does not go to plan don’t worry about it, people won’t even know the difference. All they will see is your effort and your love on your wedding day.
