In this free workshop by Emily Allan from PeppermintPix, you will be shown how to work out the best schedule for your wedding day.
There are so many things to think about when planning a wedding day – from choosing your style, booking your suppliers and finding your outfits! And somewhere in all of that you have to get it all to come together on one day so that nothing’s gets left out, everything happens when it needs to and, most importantly, you can relax and enjoy your day!
After almost eight years of working with Brides and taking wedding photos, I have learnt that timing on the day is everything. From when to put the dress on, when to ask guests to arrive at the church, how to coordinate your family photos, get the best light for the creative photo shoot, and serve dinner before everyone gets too hungry.
The first question we are asked as wedding photographers is what time is the best time to take the creative photos. This is simply because if you leave it too late you will be shooting in the dark, and too early the sun can be too bright, too hot, too ugly. So often the time of the creative shoot determines the rest of the day!
In a short workshop I can help you create a plan for your wedding day, based on location, travel time, size of wedding etc. Let me help you work out the best schedule so everything flows and you can just concentrate on saying “I do”!
